Chris Greulich

Chris Greulich, C.E.M., is President of North Shore Energy Consulting and has 12 years of engineering and management expertise. He joined NSE in 2008 to manage day to day operations as well as lead NSE into new markets.

 

In his leadership capacity, Chris manages all supplier & channel partner relationships, publishes weekly wholesale electric & gas market reports, analyzes utility tariffs and market headroom, and consistently brings innovation to the firm’s processes and systems. He provides in-depth energy procurement analysis and consulting in all of the deregulated utility service territories for our largest clients, bringing technical excellence to the process. Chris holds an engineering degree from the University of Akron.

Dana Martell

Dana Martell is a Business Development Manager for North Shore Energy Consulting. Dana joined North Shore Energy in 2012 and provides energy procurement analysis and dedicated client service. She is committed to assisting clients make informed energy decisions through analysis of market conditions and providing direct assistance with contract execution.

Prior to joining the NSE team, Dana had spent 9 years in the commercial real estate investment industry and was involved in property investment analysis and investor relations.

Scott Rafferty

Scott Rafferty, Director of Energy Consulting Services at North Shore Energy Consulting, has 10 years of experience in the Energy Industry and a total of 23 years of experience in data analytics and knowledge management consulting.

 

Scott and his team provide in-depth energy procurement analysis, energy efficiency consulting and demand response expertise for his industrial, commercial real estate, universities and health care facility clients. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Scott uses his data analytics knowledge and experience to advise clients on energy procurement to obtain the most competitive rate. He also assists his clients with energy efficiency and demand response projects.

Eric Mitchell

Eric Mitchell manages the pricing desk for North Shore Energy Consulting. His main role is to manage the NSE Pricing Desk and analyze price offers from multiple suppliers to identify the best rates for our clients. Additional responsibilities include systems maintenance, reporting and analysis, and record keeping.

 

He brings electric market experience to NSE from FirstEnergy Solutions where he worked as an analyst. Eric graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major focus in Management Information Systems.

Diane Hagen

Diane Hagen is Director of Business Development for North Shore Energy Consulting. She joined the team in 2009 and manages a diverse cross section of industrial, commercial and non-profit sector clients. Diane brings over 10 years of experience in the regulated and unregulated electric industry from her previous positions held at Ohio Edison and FirstEnergy Solutions. Her areas of expertise include regulated rate analysis, pricing analysis, energy procurement services, and demand response.

She holds a degree in Education with majors in Mathematics and Speech Communications from the University of Akron. Diane leverages her market experience and expertise to capitalize on market timing to secure the most competitive rates for her clients. She values long term client relationships and consistently provides exceptional customer service and support.

Arland Smith

Arland Smith is the Manager, Customer Service & Regulatory Affairs for North Shore Energy Consulting. He joined the the firm in 2013 and currently manages our Customer Service, client communications and Regulatory Research.

 

Prior to joining NSE, Arland spent 28 years working for FirstEnergy Corp, with his last 15 years working at FirstEnergy Solutions. While at FES, Arland held many positions focused on Retail Operations in deregulated markets, which include Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Targeting, and Customer Care Operations.
